Family is Everything
Family is one of those things that I have taken for granted and still do, unfortunately. They matter the most to me, and as I age (and sometimes mature) I understand more and more how much they mean to me. It used to be that i would always chose friends over family. I even tried to get left home from a couple of family trips, if i recall correctly. I would also try to make plans on a Saturday to attempt to avoid doing a family work-project and such. Well, things change. I have changed. I owe so much of who i am to my family. I am so glad to be a part of family that has been sealed together for time and all eternity. I love my family.
Life is Beautiful
One of my hobbies, or even a passion of mine, is photography. It is a really awesome feeling to be able to capture the beauty that I see all around me and be able to share that with someone else. Taking photos clears my head, adjusts my perspective, and makes me more grateful for anything and everything.

How time has flown!
It seems like just yesterday that i was on a mission, but reality hit home when my last companion arrived home last month. He was a GREENIE when he started, which makes me an old man! Since my misison, life has consisted of work, school, church, occasional dating, and frequent trips to yosemite! Nature is one of my escapes from the grind that helps me reassess goals and perspective. I have had the opportunity to serve in different callings since returning including YSA council, EQ's first counselor, and finally Elder's Quorum President. I currently attend church at the tri-singles branch that consists of North Stake, Modesto Stake, and Turlock Stake YSAs. Its been a blast and a terrific learning experience for me and you never know what a Sunday will bring around here!
A trip over the sea
I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from April 5th 2006- March 26th 2008. My mission was the Bulgaria-Sofia Mission, and i loved it. I could attempt to do it justice by saying what things i have learned along the way, but even then it wouldn't even come close to explaining how it has changed my life forever. I will be eternally grateful to my Father in Heaven for this opportunity.
